Volunteer paperwork
Providing a safe and secure environment for our students is a priority of Annunciation School. Therefore, in order to volunteer in classrooms, field trips, or any event involving students at the school, everyone is required to complete the following:
- Complete and sign the Volunteer Application
- Have Live-Scan (fingerprinting and background check) completed.
- Clearance must be received from the Diocese before being allowed to volunteer.
- Complete the online training: Virtus Protecting God's Children
- Review and sign the Pastoral Code of Conduct
- Review and sign the Diocese of Stockton Standards of Conduct for working with children.
Completing the volunteer protocol does take time. Begin the process early so you don't miss out on participating with your child's class and school events. Please print out the following information, read thoroughly, complete and sign where necessary, and return to the school office.
